Description:

circPDK1 is a PDK1-derived circular RNA that is up-regulated in resected LSCC tissues compared with adjacent normal lung tissues. Higher circPDK1 expression was associated with fewer metastatic/invasive clinicopathological features and better RFS/OS, and it was incorporated with T staging, lymph node status, age, and SCCAg into a prognostic nomogram for 5-year RFS and OS prediction.
