circ-ADAM9 is up-regulated in pancreatic cancer tissues and cell lines and is associated with advanced TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, and poor survival. Functionally, it promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumour growth by sponging miR-217, increasing PRSS3 expression, and activating ERK/VEGF signalling.
