Circ‐ZKSCAN1 is up-regulated in LUAD, especially in cisplatin (DDP)-resistant tissues/cells, and promotes malignant phenotypes and DDP resistance. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-185-5p to indirectly increase TAGLN2, enhancing glycolysis and tumor growth and reducing apoptosis, including in xenograft models. |
