Description:

circNRIP1 is up-regulated in renal tumor tissues and functions as an oncogenic circRNA in ACHN and CAKI-1 renal carcinoma cells. Knockdown of circNRIP1 suppresses cell viability, colony formation, migration, and AMPK/PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling while promoting apoptosis, at least partly through upregulation of miR-505.
