Description:

In prostate cancer cell lines, circ-ITCH is down-regulated versus normal prostate epithelial cells. Forced circ-ITCH expression suppresses proliferation and increases apoptosis in PC-3 cells, mainly by targeting and downregulating miR-197, as supported by rescue experiments.
