Description:

In human CRC cell lines, CCL20 and CXCL8 co-stimulation down-regulated circ_0026344. Functional experiments showed that circ_0026344 suppresses CRC cell migration, invasion, metastasis-related EMT, and Wnt/b-catenin signaling, at least partly through negative regulation of miR-183.
