Description:

This study investigated hsa_circ_0067582 in gastric cancer cell models and found that its overexpression suppresses AGS and SGC-7901 cell proliferation and invasion while promoting apoptosis. In vivo, Oe-circ_0067582 inhibited SGC-7901 xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, the study suggests modulation of apoptosis and EMT markers and predicts a hsa_circ_0067582-mediated ceRNA network involving hsa-miR-181b-3p, hsa-miR-337-3p, hsa-miR-421 and hsa-miR-548d-3p.
