Description:

circHIPK3 is up-regulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and cell lines, and high expression predicts worse OS and DMFS. Functionally, circHIPK3 promotes NPC proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, and metastasis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA for miR-4288 to relieve miR-4288-mediated inhibition of ELF3.
