Description:

circ-DCAF6 is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines and its high expression predicts adverse prognosis. Functionally, circ-DCAF6 promotes gastric cancer cell proliferation, colony formation, migration and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ-DCAF6 acts as a miRNA sponge and upstream negative regulator of miR-1231 and miR-1256.
