Tumor-derived EVs deliver circ-0034880 to liver macrophages, where it sponges miR-200a-3p and miR-141-3p to increase SPP1, promoting SPP1highCD206+ pro-tumor macrophage activation, PMN formation, and liver metastasis. Ginsenoside Rb1 inhibits circ-0034880 biogenesis via targeting the RBP QKI, reducing downstream macrophage activation and metastasis.
