circ_SKA3 is overexpressed in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It promotes proliferation, cell cycle progression, colony formation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis, at least partly by directly binding miR-520h and relieving repression of CDC42.
