Description:

CircMYH9 is up-regulated in breast cancer and promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration, invasion) and tumor growth. It recruits the RBP EIF4A3 to enhance SPAG6 mRNA stability/expression, which in turn suppresses PTEN and activates the PI3K/AKT pathway, associating high circMYH9 with poor prognosis.
