In epithelial ovarian cancer, circ-ABCB10 is up-regulated in tumor tissues and several EOC cell lines. Higher circ-ABCB10 expression is associated with advanced clinicopathological features and worse overall survival, and functional assays indicate that it promotes proliferation and suppresses apoptosis while negatively regulating miR-1271, miR-1252 and miR-203. |
