Functionally, circ 0001730 promotes glioblastoma cell proliferation, cell-cycle progression, invasion, EMT and in vivo tumor growth. Mechanistically, SP1 upregulates circ 0001730 via the host gene EPHB4, and cytoplasmic circ 0001730 sponges miR-326 to increase Wnt7B and activate Wnt/beta-catenin signaling.
