Mechanistically, circRAPGEF5 restrains RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK signaling to avoid hyperactivation, thereby suppressing TNFRSF10A induction and apoptosis; EIF4A3 enhances circRAPGEF5 biogenesis by promoting its circularization.
