Description:

circFOXM1 is upregulated in prostate cancer tissues and cells and high expression predicts poorer overall survival. Functionally, circFOXM1 promotes PCa proliferation, migration, invasion, cell cycle progression and tumor growth. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-515-5p to regulate ADAM10 expression through the circFOXM1/miR-515-5p/ADAM10 axis.
