circDIDO1 is down-regulated in gastric cancer and functions as a tumor suppressor. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-1307-3p to upregulate SOCS2, thereby inhibiting proliferation/migration/invasion and promoting apoptosis. RGD-modified exosomes delivering circDIDO1 show anti-tumor efficacy in vitro and in a cell line-derived xenograft model.
