Description:

circHIPK3 is upregulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines, and high expression is associated with shorter overall survival. Functionally, circHIPK3 promotes proliferation and migration of GC cells, at least partly by activating the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway and regulating WNT1, TCF4 and beta-catenin.
