Potential biomarker and therapeutic target for cervical cancer progression.
circRNA4806/hsa-KIAA1191_0001 was identified as a down-regulated DE circRNA during cervical cancer progression. It was predicted to function as a ceRNA for hsa-miR-31-5p and to interact with multiple RBPs, but it was not experimentally validated by qRT-PCR in this study.
