Description:

circ-PITX1 is up-regulated in NSCLC and promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration/invasion), glutamine catabolism, and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-615-5p to increase ETS1 expression, forming a circ-PITX1/miR-615-5p/ETS1 axis.
