hsa circ 0004674 was overexpressed in OS tissues and chemoresistant OS tissues, and high expression was associated with shorter overall survival, suggesting poor prognosis and potential biomarker value.

Description:

hsa circ 0004674 was the most upregulated circRNA in chemoresistant osteosarcoma cell lines and was also increased in OS tissues, especially chemoresistant tissues. Its high expression was associated with shorter overall survival, and predicted ceRNA axes involving miR-490-3p/ABCC2 and miR-1254/EGFR suggest a possible role in OS chemoresistance.
