Description:

circFAM126A (hsa_circ_0005251) is down-regulated in lung cancer tissues and cell lines. Functionally, it suppresses lung cancer proliferation and migration and promotes apoptosis in vitro and inhibits tumor growth in a xenograft model. Mechanistically, TRMT10C-mediated m7G modification increases circFAM126A stability, and circFAM126A binds HSP90 to promote its ubiquitination, reducing AKT1 signaling and glycolysis.
