Description:

circ-VANGL1 is up-regulated in bladder cancer tissues and cell lines and high expression is associated with poorer survival and aggressive clinical features. Functionally, it promotes bladder cancer proliferation, cell-cycle progression, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, circ-VANGL1 functions as a ceRNA for miR-605-3p to increase VANGL1 expression, forming the circ-VANGL1/miR-605-3p/VANGL1 axis.
