Description:

hsa_circ_0007312 (circ7312) is upregulated in LUAD tumor tissues and is associated with poor prognosis. Functionally, circ7312 promotes osimertinib (third-generation EGFR-TKI) resistance and tumor aggressiveness by sponging miR-764 to upregulate MAPK1, thereby reducing pyroptosis and apoptosis; circ7312 knockdown restores drug sensitivity in vitro and in a xenograft model.
