Description:

This study reports that circ_ROBO2/Hsa_circ_0124644 is upregulated in plasma from CAD patients and in PDGF-BB-treated HASMCs. Functionally, circ_ROBO2 promotes HASMC proliferation and migration while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_ROBO2 sponges miR-149 and activates the TRAF6/NF-kappaB signaling pathway, suggesting a role in CAD progression and potential diagnostic relevance.
