CircPRKCI is up-regulated in LUAD tissues and cell lines and its high expression is associated with unfavorable prognosis. Functionally, circPRKCI promotes LUAD cell proliferation, migration, and cell cycle progression, at least partly through binding miR-219a-5p and regulating CAMK1D.
