Description:

circZNF548 is down-regulated in NSCLC and acts as a tumor suppressor. It sponges miR-7108-3p and lowers exosomal miR-7108-3p, thereby increasing JMY and activating p53-dependent apoptosis while enhancing CD8+ T-cell cytotoxicity, which together inhibit NSCLC growth and migration.
