Description:

circPVT1 is up-regulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and promotes migration, invasion, and metastasis. It binds beta-TrCP to inhibit beta-TrCP-mediated ubiquitination and degradation of c-Myc, stabilizing c-Myc to drive cytoskeleton remodeling/cell adhesion changes; c-Myc and SRSF1 further enhance circPVT1 biogenesis, forming a beta-TrCP/c-Myc/SRSF1 positive feedback loop.
