METTL3 installs m6A on circ0030568 and the reader YTHDF2 increases circ0030568 stability; circ0030568 in turn upregulates FMR1. Curcumin suppresses PCa cell proliferation/migration by inhibiting YTHDF2 and reducing METTL3/YTHDF2-driven circ0030568 stability and downstream FMR1.
