Description:

circHIPK2 is up-regulated in DDP-resistant ovarian cancer tissues and cells and promotes cisplatin resistance and malignant phenotypes. It acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-338-3p to increase CHTOP expression, thereby enhancing proliferation/cell-cycle progression, migration/invasion and reducing apoptosis; silencing circHIPK2 suppresses tumor growth in xenografts.
