Description:

circ_RUSC2 is downregulated in colorectal cancer tissues and cell lines and is associated with more aggressive clinicopathological features. Functionally, circ_RUSC2 suppresses CRC cell proliferation, migration and invasion by sponging miR-661 to relieve repression of the tumor suppressor TUSC2. Its stability is enhanced by METTL3-associated m6A modification.
