Description:

circFAM13B is downregulated in lymph node-metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma and functions as a tumor suppressor. It localizes to the ER and binds RBM3 to enhance RBM3-mediated uXBP1 mRNA decay, reducing sXBP1 activity and CST6 expression/secretion, thereby inhibiting lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis. High circFAM13B expression is associated with better patient prognosis.
