| Description: |
circC3P1 is a human C3P1-derived circRNA that is down-regulated in HCC tissues and cell lines. In this study, circC3P1 functions as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting HCC proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth and lung metastasis, at least partly through the circC3P1/miR-4641/PCK1 ceRNA axis. Clinically, circC3P1 expression correlates with TNM stage, tumor size, vascular invasion and survival, suggesting potential prognostic biomarker value. |
