Description:

circFARSA/hsa_circ_0000896 is upregulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and high expression is associated with adverse clinicopathological features and poorer overall survival. Functionally, circFARSA promotes NSCLC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth and metastasis. Mechanistically, it acts as a cytoplasmic sponge for miR-15a-5p to increase B7H3 expression, forming a circFARSA/miR-15a-5p/B7H3 oncogenic axis.
