Description:

circTEX2 is enriched in M2 macrophages and their exosomes and is delivered to gastric cancer cells. It acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-145, increasing ABCC1 expression and thereby promoting cisplatin resistance and reducing cisplatin-induced apoptosis; silencing circTEX2 or disrupting the miR-145/ABCC1 arm restores cisplatin sensitivity.
