Description:

circAKT3 is up-regulated in prostate cancer and promotes proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis. It acts mainly as a protein scaffold that strengthens RPS27A-RPL11 binding and reduces nuclear RPL11, thereby relieving RPL11 inhibition of c-Myc and enhancing c-Myc-mediated repression of MST1.
