| Description: |
circSKA3 is up-regulated in medulloblastoma and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes MB cell proliferation, migration and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis by sponging miR-383-5p and thereby increasing FOXM1 expression, and its knockdown suppresses DAOY xenograft growth in vivo. |
