Description:

Serum exosomal circ_0008103 is down-regulated in NSCLC and functions as a tumor-suppressive circRNA: overexpression (including exosome-mediated transfer) reduces proliferation, migration/invasion, colony formation, and suppresses xenograft tumor growth. It has diagnostic value (high AUC) and lower levels associate with distant metastasis and more advanced tumor stage; mechanistic links were mainly bioinformatically predicted via miRNA/mRNA networks and RBP interactions.
