Description:

circ_0008460 is upregulated in cervical cancer tissues/cells and functions pro-tumor by promoting proliferation, migration and invasion and suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-197-3p to increase RRM2 expression; oxymatrine inhibits CC partly by downregulating circ_0008460 and thereby activating the miR-197-3p/RRM2 axis.
