In this study, hsa_circ_0047641 was implicated in prostate cancer progression and enzalutamide resistance. It is mainly cytoplasmic and was analyzed as part of a proposed ceRNA subnetwork (hsa_circ_0047641/hsa_miR338-5p/RRM2). Silencing hsa_circ_0047641 reduced proliferation, migration/invasion, and enzalutamide-resistant cell growth in vitro.
