It promotes GC malignant phenotypes, glycolysis, and tumor growth by sponging miR-4429 and up-regulating PBX3, while its knockdown suppresses proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolytic metabolism and enhances apoptosis. The study suggests exosomal circKIAA1797 as a potential therapeutic target for GC.
