CSF3R-AS (hsa_circ_0000055) is up-regulated in HCC and predicts worse overall survival. It promotes HCC proliferation, invasion/metastasis and angiogenesis while inhibiting apoptosis, and contributes to sorafenib resistance. Mechanistically, CSF3R-AS binds CSF3R mRNA and recruits RBMS3 to stabilize CSF3R, activating JAK2/STAT3; STAT3 in turn transcriptionally upregulates CSF3R-AS, forming a positive feedback loop. |
