Description:

circ_0003356 is down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cells and functions as a tumor suppressor. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and inhibits GC proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT while promoting apoptosis by sponging miR-668-3p to upregulate SOCS3. Higher circ_0003356 expression is associated with better patient survival.
