METTL3-mediated m6A modification stabilizes circGLIS3, which sponges miR-661 to upregulate MDM2, suppress p53 signaling, and promote proliferation, migration, invasion, and tumor growth. circGLIS3 knockdown increases sensitivity to ARSI therapy (enzalutamide), partly linked to reduced MDM2/AR and increased p53. |
