Description:

Exosomal circ0000549 is up-regulated in MNNG-transformed gastric epithelial cells and in serum exosomes from GC patients with high nitrite exposure. It promotes proliferation, migration/invasion, EMT and stemness, and increases xenograft tumorigenicity by sponging miR-15b-5p to upregulate KIF1B and activate PI3K/AKT signaling.
