Description:

circRAD23B is up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues and cells and is associated with TNM stage and metastasis. Mechanistically, circRAD23B acts as a miR-1205 sponge to up-regulate TRIM44, forming a circRAD23B/miR-1205/TRIM44 axis that supports CRC progression.
