Description:

circUBAP2(9,12) (hsa_circ_0001847), derived from UBAP2 exons 9-12, is down-regulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and low expression predicts poorer survival. It suppresses NPC migration/invasion/metastasis by binding the RBP AUF1 and competitively reducing AUF1 binding to ZEB2 mRNA, thereby decreasing ZEB2 mRNA stability and inhibiting EMT.
