TMCO3 circRNA is one of five circRNAs found significantly down-regulated in platelet RNA from GEP-NET patients relative to controls using RNA-seq differential expression. It is proposed as a candidate platelet-derived biomarker for GEP-NET detection and early response prediction, without RT-qPCR validation in the present study.
