It shows diagnostic potential by ROC analysis, while its association with overall survival is not statistically significant in this cohort; higher circ-Foxo3 shows a non-significant trend toward longer survival. The paper discusses a possible relationship with the host gene Foxo3 and a speculative miRNA-related mechanism, but miRNA partners were not identified in this study.
