Description:

circIRAK3 is an oncogenic circRNA upregulated in metastatic breast cancer and associated with recurrence and poor recurrence-free survival. It promotes migration, invasion and lung metastasis by sponging miR-3607, thereby relieving repression of FOXC1 and establishing a positive-feedback loop with IRAK3 transcription.
