targeting circMAN1A2(2,3,4,5) with LNA represses CRC progression in xenograft models
circMAN1A2(2,3,4,5) is up-regulated in colorectal/colon cancer and promotes cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth. It directly base-pairs with the CENPB 3′UTR via its BSJ, enhancing IGF2BP2 binding and stabilizing CENPB mRNA, thereby supporting chromosome stability and CRC progression. LNA targeting the BSJ suppresses CRC progression in xenograft models.
